You want this. You also have a calendar, responsibilities, and a body to care for. It makes sense to ask how it will all fit. At Radiant, those questions belong in the conversation.
We offer multiple live classes each week, with mentors and trainers across different time zones. Let’s look at the schedule and your program requirements together so you can understand what participation would look like for you.
We have supported students through surgery, caring for loved ones, and mental health needs, helping them pause and return without losing their place or investment. If your circumstances change, we work with you on a plan for continuing.
Radiant was built by a disabled founder. Accessibility and flexibility are part of how we approach learning and support. Tell us what helps you participate so we can explore your needs and the support available.

Built differently, on purpose
Surya, Radiant’s founder, is disabled. The need for flexibility is personal here. That lived experience shapes a learning environment where health, caregiving, and real-life responsibilities are part of the conversation.
You can be committed to your growth and still need a pause. We have helped students navigate both. Bring your questions about access, scheduling, or support. We’ll talk through what is possible for your circumstances.

Voice + Relationships
“I was steady. I was regulated.”
Crystal described a meaningful shift in how she showed up
during difficult conversations.
Where she had previously been more likely to hold back,
she found herself able to stay present, speak honestly and
use her voice even when the conversation was uncomfortable.
She also stretched beyond what felt familiar without feeling
like she had to abandon herself to do it.
The visible change was expression. Underneath it was a
different relationship with safety, voice and self-trust.

The Common Thread
For one person, movement looks like earning more.
For another, it is working less.
For another, it is finally having the conversation,
making the decision, using their voice or trusting themselves
enough to move.
For another, it is becoming the kind of coach or leader who can
create that space for someone else.
Different desires. Different visible outcomes.
The common thread is movement.
Stories reflect individual, self-reported experiences and are shared as examples of participant development. Individual outcomes vary by person, context, choices and circumstances. Financial, career, relationship and other examples describe what participants reported happening in their own lives and are not guarantees of future results.
ICF-Accredited Coach Education
Build your coaching practice or bring coaching into your career. Choose the education that fits your experience and where you want to go.
When people trust you with their goals, choices, and challenges, your preparation matters. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) provides professional standards that help you coach with skill, care, and accountability.
Learn to navigate confidentiality, boundaries, consent, and client choice. ICF’s Code of Ethics and Core Competencies give you a framework to return to when a conversation or decision gets complex.
An ICF credential signals that you have met education and experience requirements and demonstrated coaching competence. Clients and employers can see the professional preparation behind your work.
ICF credential-holders commit to ethical standards and are subject to an ethical complaint-review process. These safeguards support responsible practice and give clients a route to raise concerns.
At Radiant, learn with fellow coaches, professionals, mentors, and leaders. Connect with different perspectives and keep developing your craft. ICF membership, available separately from credentialing, offers another way to engage with the wider coaching community.
Bring your intuition, spirituality, and whole self.
Develop the professional skill and ethical grounding to serve people responsibly.

Before You Assume You Have to Pay for This Yourself
If your employer offers professional development, tuition assistance, leadership education or learning funds, your Radiant training may qualify under their policies. You don't have to leave your career to invest deeply in how you coach, communicate, lead and work with people.
Take This to Your Employer
The Employer Support Toolkit gives you practical language and information you can share with your manager, HR team or learning leader when requesting support for your development.
Funding eligibility and reimbursement decisions are determined by each employer.
The story behind this chapter of Radiant
I was making five-figure months as a coach and training coaches whose clients were getting results. But I was also living with chronic health conditions and overriding my own capacity to keep everything going.
I wanted meaningful work, financial freedom, and the health to enjoy my life. So I began asking: how could I build success that made room for all of me?
That question led to a three-year sabbatical and deeper study of spirituality, subconscious patterns, and human behavior. I later took the helm of Radiant Health Institute and reimagined what it could become.
Transformation should not make your life look better while leaving the human being living it behind.
Today, that belief shapes how we teach, coach, and support people at Radiant. Coaching skills meet shamanic wisdom, with room for your professional growth and your actual life.
What do you want to create, change, or grow into?
Let’s find your next step.
Where Do You Want to Begin?

My Organization Needs Support
When communication breaks down, leaders carry too much, managers stop taking initiative or everything keeps rolling uphill, another generic leadership workshop may not be the answer.
