This toolkit helps you connect your Radiant development to the work you are already responsible for and make a clear, employer-ready case for professional-development support.

The Case You're Making

This isn't simply an investment in what you know. It's an investment in how people experience working with, learning from and being led by you.

Connect your development directly to your current role and responsibilities.

02
Show what they're funding

Give your manager or HR team a clear picture of the capabilities you'll develop.

Why This Investment Matters

Your development should change more than your résumé.

For the Decision-Maker
Will this change how they perform in the role you already need them in?

Yes. This is development built for the work they are doing now. What they learn can show up in how they communicate, make decisions, develop people and lead under pressure.

Radiant Health Institute is built for people who are already leading, whether or not their title says so.

They may be leading people, projects, research, systems, ideas or change inside an organization that depends on their ability to lead well.

This isn't about abandoning the career they already have. It's about expanding their capacity to lead, coach, communicate and serve people more effectively inside it.

Radiant develops the human behind the leader so what someone learns actually changes how they lead.

That shows up in how they listen. How they decide under pressure. How they develop the people around them. And how they hold a hard conversation without losing the relationship.

Built for people already carrying real responsibility, including:
  • Executives, managers and people leaders
  • Researchers and healthcare professionals
  • Government and nonprofit leaders
  • Educators and program leaders
  • High-potential professionals stepping into more
“The organization isn't simply investing in what this person knows. It's investing in how other people experience working, communicating and being led by them.”
What The Organization Is Investing In

This isn't development that stays in the classroom.

What a participant carries back to work is a stronger capacity to create healthier communication, decisions, relationships and leadership around them.

For the Decision-Maker
What exactly are we funding?

Six practical capabilities that change how this person communicates, decides, serves and develops others, not simply a credential line on a résumé.

01
Communication + Listening
Leaders learn to listen underneath what is being said and communicate in ways that create clarity and trust instead of simply transferring information.
02
Coach Approach to Developing People
Rather than solving every problem themselves, participants learn to serve and develop the people around them, extending their impact beyond their own bandwidth.
03
Leadership Self-Awareness
Participants learn to recognize the patterns, assumptions and reactions shaping their leadership so they can respond intentionally instead of leading on autopilot.
04
Relational Intelligence + Difficult Conversations
Leaders build the capacity to navigate conflict, feedback and disagreement directly without avoiding the issue or unnecessarily damaging the relationship.
05
Navigating Change + Complexity
Participants strengthen their ability to lead through ambiguity, pressure and shifting priorities without losing clarity or presence.
06
Systems Thinking + Decision-Making
Leaders learn to notice the incentives, dynamics, structures and patterns shaping their teams and organizations and make decisions with those realities in view.

“The value isn't simply what the participant learns. It's what becomes available in the way they lead afterward.”

Choose The Pathway

Develop how you lead. Credential it if it serves you.

Three pathways. One whole-person approach to healthier leadership and coaching capacity.

Additional ICF eligibility, coaching-experience, application and credential requirements may apply. An active PCC credential is required for participation to count as Level 3 education aligned with the MCC pathway.
