Sophia brings federal-level executive leadership and decades of transformational coaching into her work at Radiant. Her experience spans executive development, coaching supervision, writing and media. She has been featured by ABC News and Fox News and served as a coach in the TJ Maxx “Maxx You Project.” At Radiant, she brings mastery-level presence, challenge and perspective to leaders and coaches developing at advanced levels.

Trey brings more than two decades of experience across corporate environments, defense operations and public-sector leadership. An Agile Coach, musician and advanced Human Design practitioner, he integrates strategic thinking, group awareness and experiential education into how leaders learn. As Radiant's Lead Trainer, he helps translate coaching competencies into practical human behavior leaders can actually access in the room.

Eric brings 21 years of distinguished military service into his work as a coach, faculty member and mentor. His experience includes resilience education, leadership under pressure and veteran transition, alongside continued study in counseling. He understands that titles, uniforms and rank never erase the human underneath them. At Radiant, he brings discipline and lived authority without losing sight of care, identity or humanity.

Joana is a biomedical scientist who bridges scientific thinking with coaching, NLP, deep listening and energy work. Her experience includes more than 250 clients across the UK and internationally. She completed her Radiant education and earned her PCC during pregnancy, then returned to contribute to the faculty. Her work reflects a core Radiant belief: rigor and holistic depth can live in the same room.

Ewelina brings more than 15 years of international consulting together with business coaching, family-systems work and intentional creativity. As a Certified IFS Practitioner, she understands that some of the patterns leaders carry into work can be shaped long before they receive a title, including within family and relational systems. Her work invites leaders to meet uncertainty with awareness, curiosity and greater choice.

Melissa brings more than 25 years of education leadership, from the classroom to the principal's office. A first-generation college graduate and mother of five, her work is grounded in meaningful reflection, experiential learning and intentional action. At Radiant, she brings the perspective of a leader who has spent decades developing humans inside real systems with real constraints and responsibility.
