Nadia had two careers and no room to breathe in either one.
The Corporate Career
By day, they were a senior director at a Fortune 200. Respected. Promoted twice in three years. The one everyone came to when things were falling apart because they could hold a room like no one else.
In their corporate role, they dimmed their intuition. They had learned early that the thing that made them extraordinary in a session made them "too much" in a boardroom. So they performed. The Coaching Practice
