Every word your client uses is the surface expression of a living neural architecture built across their lifetime. The brain builds unique networks of meaning around repeated experiences, shaped like trees with roots, trunks, and branches.

When Maya says "I feel stuck" at age 34, that word carries 29 years of encoded experience:

At age 5, her mother says: "You're so stuck on that thing, just leave it."
At age 9, her piano teacher says: "Don't get stuck on one piece."
